Yes. Upon arrival in Penghu, please feel free to drop off your luggage for storage. You can also store your luggage until 6:00 PM on the day of check-out. Thank you.

No, we do not arrange or pre-book scooter or car rentals, ferry tickets, or tours. If you wish to pre-book any of these services, please search for providers online and contact them directly. We can inquire about these services for you upon your arrival. Thank you for your understanding.

No, we do not provide shuttle service between harbor and hostel. If you choose to travel by ferry, we recommend taking the bus or taxi.

Yes, we provide paid airport pickup service. The one-way fare from Penghu Airport to our hostel is NT$500 per car, with a maximum of 4 passengers per car.

Please make a reservation at least 2 days before your check-in date. If you didn’t make the reservation by then, we assume you plan to come to the guesthouse on your own.

Due to the high volume of people and cars outside Penghu Airport, we will send a message to your mobile number before you board the plane or after you land to inform you of the pickup location.
